U.K. To Legalize Three-Parent IVF?

Regulators in England near the approval of a new mitochondrial replacement technique for creating embryos with less risk of developing certain heritable diseases.

Sperm is injected into an oocyte in IVFWIKIMEDIA, EKEMSo called “three-parent” in vitro fertilization (IVF), in which two women and one man contribute DNA to the creation of a human fetus with a reduced risk of developing mitochondrial diseases, came one step closer to becoming a legal procedure last week in the United Kingdom. The UK Department of Health announced on Thursday (February 27) that it was opening a three-month public comment period on draft legislation that would legalize oocyte modification, an IVF method that involves transferring nuclear DNA from an egg cell of a woman with mitochondrial defects into the egg cell of an IVF donor egg with normal mitochondrial DNA before using donor sperm to fertilize the egg. “This is very good news for patients with mitochondrial DNA disease and an important step in the prevention of transmission of serious mitochondrial disease,” Newcastle University’s Doug Turnbull, who conducts research on the procedure, told The Guardian.

The announcement follows the US Food and Drug Administration’s decision last week to gather public comment on the IVF technique’s future in the United States. But approval of the procedure could happen sooner in the U.K. After the public consultation ends there on May 21, the UK government will decide whether to put the legislation before parliament for approval. Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust, told The Guardian that he hoped the government would act quickly. "Once further public consultation on the detail of these regulations is complete, we urge the government to move swiftly so that parliament can debate the regulations at the earliest opportunity and families affected by these devastating disorders can begin to benefit," he said.

Of course "so called three-parent" is a problem for wedding, but I suppose that the big problem for IVF it is not "third brothers" (so called mitocondrial brothers) caused by maternal mitochondria transplant and oocyte modification.

In my opinion, based on observations and reality facts (existence of paternal mitochondria at the puberty only in the sperm of naturally born boys and not in vitro made), is paternal mitochondria elimination that cause cutting the wireless communication with "FATHER" (Paul, Hebrews 4.12), previously announced by Haitian religion - "suggesting that IVF schizo-genesis may account for some of the psychological aspects of zombification" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zombie).

The biological wireless communication it is a real fact for every living creature and it is not schizophrenia or other mental illness. When electronic speciality meets medicine, the result is "Mitochondrial Adam DNA data transmissions theory - ISBN 978-606-92107-1-0".

Abstract: Brain and soul storming - The necessary and sufficient processes to a well function of the human body are meticulous arranged by specific organizational cells, so called process bio-managers, using inter-conditioned procedures, transmitted through three ways of communication: chemical or “protein channel”, electrical or “ion channel” and mitochondrial or “Electro Magnetic Field wireless channel”. The third type is out of the visible and measurable spectrum and raises a new challenge to the scientist. For this type of bio communication, we bring a new theoretical hypothesis, based on the managerial multidisciplinary analysis of a cybernetic model proposed by us, by simulating the human body function with the virtual computerized system based on the management of its total knowledge and its perfect quality way of function. The main bricks used for this virtual construction are: the brain, as main bio-processor, and Eve mtDNA and Adam mtDNA, as bio-antennas. We call this assembly of the total knowledge, build with brain reasoning, biological feeling, and unlimited spirit feeling, Main Decision Triangle: reason IQ- feeling EQ-conformance of harmony CQ. The main principle of the management of the total knowledge imposes us to not neglect the information produced by man during the time, even if it seems creasy at the beginning (see brainstorming definition). Because in the natural fertilisation the spermatozoids are naturally equipped with the paternal mtDNA (it looks like reflex klystron power amplifier, a veritable main bio-GPS), we consider that the paternal mitochondria DNA have a very important role in the evolution of the human being life quality and we have developed a new hypothesis, "Adam mtDNA theory", in addition to "Eve mtDNA theory". (Keywords: brain, mitochondria, maternal, paternal)

When the geneticists will understand the Adam mtDNA inheritance purpose they will very well understand the spermatogenesis, oogenesis, the infertility, the cardiac rhythm and heart maladies, the autism, the immunity and bleeding disorder in an unusual blood component produced in sternum's marrow, stem cells misorientation after 40 days from implant, the genesis insemination process ("And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and hers; hers will crush your head, and your will strike his heel." - Genesis 3.15) and the information's purpose wireless transmitted through unseen bio-magnetic fields (Electromagnetic fields and radiations, Human bio effects and safety - Riadh W. Y. Habash  *Marcel Dekker, Inc. 2007* & Learning Management System Control *LMSC* algorithm, used in satellite communication)
