I received my PhD in Experimental Pathology in 2007. I conducted NIH funded research on single nucleotide polymorphisms in the angiotensin II type 1 receptor gene in hypertension. I taught graduate level courses in Introductory Pathology, Infectious disease, and AIDS. I now work full-time from home editing scientific manuscripts, dissertations, and other materials on a range of topics. I also have my own health blog and website in addition to writing for web sites; I am the Medical Sciences subchannel steward at Helium.com |
