I haven't been in a lab for decades, probably since before some at least of these warnings were drafted, so getting a perfect score was something of a surprise, and possibly a compliment to the designers.
Some were of course common sense, such as the commonest lab injuries and the centrfuge.
Oh well, it was fun!
