Evidently, there isn't enough money in all of China to fund everyone's good idea. (Our money we ran out of a long time ago.) Frankly, if someone purposely sought chronic underfunding, then their best bet would be to rely on the government. Witness Canadian health care, or its equivalent in our country, the VA health care network. That said, it was good to put a face to the name. Congratulations Ashley for your advocacy on what I think is an important cause, even if on PBS, you were just preaching to the liberal "spend more (never their own) fresh money" choir.
