Hong Chen is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Neurosurgery at Washington University in St. Louis. Her research focuses on developing ultrasound technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases. She is a senior member of the National Academy of Inventors, a fellow of AIMBE, and an NIH Pioneer Award recipient. She is committed to teaching and mentoring and has received the Outstanding Faculty Mentor Award and Teaching Award.
