Vijeth Iyengar is Senior Director of Global Aging at AARP, where he leads research, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships advancing the organization’s vision for the global 50+ population. Previously, he served across the Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations, developing policies and programs to improve older Americans’ health and well-being. He was a visiting student at Cornell University, earned his BS from Tulane University, and MA and PhD from Duke University.
