Image of the Day: Embryonic Ripples

This fluttering clump of colorful cells is a zebrafish embryo, visualized by many stacked images.

This striking image, along with many others, was taken as part of an embryology course this summer through the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.
