In a study published in Human Reproduction, researchers report devising a fully automated system that tracks and analyzes the movement of a large number of sperm flagella, which may be useful for determining sperm health. The software tool, Flagellar Analysis and Sperm Tracking (FAST), analyzes microscopy videos of diluted semen.
