11:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET
Cancer immunotherapies harness the immune system to recognize and eliminate malignant cells, but differences in tumor biology can influence therapeutic response and resistance. Advances in molecular biology are providing increasingly detailed views of the tumor microenvironment, tumor-specific antigens, and immune cell interactions, creating new opportunities to investigate the mechanisms that shape treatment outcomes.
In this research roundtable, leading experts will discuss emerging directions in cancer immunotherapy research, from profiling the tumor microenvironment and identifying neoantigens to developing cell-based therapies. The panelists will also examine challenges associated with preclinical immunotherapy research and consider how molecular insights can inform the development and evaluation of future therapeutic strategies.
Attendees will
- Explore how molecular profiling can reveal mechanisms associated with cancer immunotherapy response and resistance
- Examine approaches for characterizing the tumor microenvironment and identifying therapeutically relevant neoantigens
- Discuss emerging strategies and research considerations in cell therapy development
- Identify challenges in preclinical immunotherapy research and opportunities for improving translation
