KAPA Stranded RNA-Seq Kit with RiboErase – RNA library preparation solution that utilizes a targeted enzymatic depletion method to reduce rRNA by up to 99.9 percent. When compared to mRNA enrichment methods, rRNA depletion of RNA samples results in a more complete representation of the transcriptome that includes precursor mRNAs and long non-coding RNAs. The KAPA Stranded RNA-Seq Kit with RiboErase also offers improved coverage of difficult GC-rich and low-abundance transcripts.
