Rapid Multiplexed Antigen Analysis

A unique system measures multiple antigens simultaneously for vaccine development and beyond.

Share

Vaccines can be composed of complex antigen combinations. For example, developing a Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine involves testing and combining up to 23 different capsule polysaccharides—antigens found on the bacterial cell surface. Rather than analyzing and quantifying each antigen separately, standardized and custom VaxArray® kits allow researchers to simultaneously characterize multiple target analytes for a range of infectious microbes, including S. pneumoniae, influenza virus, poliovirus, and coronavirus.

Download this poster from InDevR to learn how the VaxArray platform and kits facilitate multiplexed antigen analysis for vaccine development, manufacturing quality control, serosurveillance, and more.
