Single Cell Resolution Reveals Cellular Diversity

Access to single cell resolution reveals new insights into how the human body and its cells operate during health and disease.

Cellular heterogeneity is a vital part of physiological function, and the combined responses of numerous heterogeneous cells result in well-regulated tissue-level phenotypes. Bulk sequencing, while fast and accessible, does not provide cell-level resolution and only reflects average gene expression levels within a sample. This masks cellular heterogeneity, as well as key cell types and subtypes. Current single cell sequencing workflows support a broad range of research aims, spanning pilot initiatives to million-cell experiments.
