I was in the middle of a hectic day when a friend called and asked if I would give a talk the next day at a luncheon to be attended by 500 people in a major city. "My keynoter has fallen seriously ill," said my good friend. "Sorry for the very short notice, but I know if anyone can pull this off, it's got to be you."
