Immunoassay Reprobing Made Simple

An automated immunoassay system cuts down the time and sample volume needed to run sequential experiments.

Researchers often strip and reprobe their western blots to maximize the data obtained from samples. However, this practice leads to protein loss and inaccurate results. A more efficient and reliable alternative is the automated, capillary-based Simple Western™ immunoassay platform with RePlex™, which generates highly reproducible, quantitative data from tiny sample volumes. With this assay, scientists can reprobe their sample multiple times to detect new targets or normalize their data by quantifying total protein.

Download this application note from Bio-Techne to learn how RePlex™ facilitates sequential immunoassays and total protein detection using the same low-volume sample.
