Quality Control for In Vitro Transcription RNA Synthesis

Parallel capillary electrophoresis is an extremely sensitive, reliable, and high throughput method for checking RNA synthesis quality.

Brought to you byAgilent Technologies

Quality control (QC) is vital to the in vitro transcription (IVT) RNA workflow. Because IVT RNA synthesis generates RNA that scientists use in multiple downstream applications, it is critical to start with quality RNA. Employing QC at two important IVT RNA workflow checkpoints—after amplification and after transcription—detects contamination and degradation, allowing researchers to eliminate unsuitable samples.

Download this application note from Agilent to explore how parallel capillary electrophoresis provides extremely sensitive, reliable, and high throughput QC for IVT RNA applications.
