Republican scientists speak out

Your commentary¹ proves that scientists, or at least those who claim to speak for them, can be just as biased and opinionated as any politician. That should not be a surprise to anyone, but I am surprised that you are blind to the irony in this editorial.

Take a look at the composition of the Clinton administration's advisory committees. Where was the criticism of these bodies and how they were vetted?
