In an article in the Jan. 7, 1991, issue of The Scientist ("Couple Lead Quest For New Allergy Drug," page 1), the names of Charles Reed and Allen Kaplan were misspelled. Also, Kaplan should have been identified as past president of the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology.
