Once an industry promotes research, it becomes obligatory for the scientist to follow its regulations. Once the career opportunity takes the upper hand, the freedom of dissemination of true information automatically gets curtailed.

Therefore it is very important for a scientist to balance research interests with career options. The invisible influences a scientist faces are many. One cannot be a true scientist if he or she does not have the freedom to report the findings of a project.
