In this masterclass - Steve Knight from Porvair Sciences will describe the benefits of blowdown evaporators and demonstrate in the Presentation Theatre how the UltraVap Mistral can speed up the processing of biological samples in microplates for LC-MS analysis.

In addition - Martyn Fordham of Asynt will introduce the Smart Evaporator from BioChromato and demonstrate how using its patented vacuum-assisted vortex concentration technology - laboratories can rapidly concentrate even high boiling solvents, such as DMSO, DMF and water from tubes and vials without heating to high temperatures.
