Of course these are tremendously different tasks, but scientists have been able to solve more difficult problems, when there was real enthusiasm and interest involved. The essential thing is that science must go hand in hand with high level ethics, based on goodness and understanding of the unity of mankind. Of course, as a first step military funding should be rejected, groups indulging in work for war purposes should be excluded from scientific societies and universities, while young students refusing ...
