With only the click of a button, scientists can upload and retrieve images and other electronic files and archive notes or protocols in an organized manner. Once stored, information can be easily retrieved by the authoring scientist or accessed by other researchers, eliminating the need to rummage through page after page of illegible notes to find that one piece of missing data.
