Immunoassays have become de rigueur for scientists studying cellular proteins. As a result, research supply companies are producing a variety of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to an ever-proliferating number of proteins. While each month seems to bring yet another protein into the immunoassay fold, new products are allowing today's scientists to put a new twist on some old themes.
