Responsible for the management of a team of designers for the 4-color, standard size, monthly life sciences magazine The Scientist and supplements; establishes the conceptual and stylistic direction for design staff and orchestrates their work as well as the work of freelance production artists, photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers, etc.; has final creative authority.
