Our second responsibility is to our advertisers. We seek to provide outstanding business opportunities and good value for money to customers. We shall handle orders, questions and complaints promptly and accurately.

Our third responsibility is to our employees, to whom we offer fair compensation, a good work environment, openness to suggestions and complaints, and equal opportunity for employment, development and advancement for those qualified.

Our fourth responsibility is to the owners. Business must make a sound profit.

We shall experiment with new ideas and, through appropriate research, engage in innovative programs to develop the business.
