DNA-In® CRISPR Transfection Reagent
MTI-GlobalStem’s new DNA-In® CRISPR transfection reagent delivers Cas9 in vitro with high efficiency and low toxicity to support targeted genome editing applications. This CRISPR-Cas9 delivery reagent is formulated specifically to deliver large Cas9/sgRNA expression vectors at up to 10x higher efficiency than competitor reagents into hard-to-transfect primary cells and stem cells.
