There is a critical need for sensitive, highly specific immunoassays of clinical samples using minimal sample volume. Advances in microfluidic systems enable the sensitive quantitation of proteins in a small sample volume by using parallel detection systems. In contrast to multiplexing, this parallel approach prevents cross-reactivities of detection antibodies and negative effects on sensitivity of the assays. This live webinar brings together a panel of experts to discuss how they are validating immunoassays for clinical use.

Topics to be covered:

  • Case studies highlighting the validation of analytes, including cytokine and angiogenic markers
  • Assay testing of plasma and ocular fluids
  • Oncology and ophthalmology applications of clinical immunoassays
