The Ni-NTA spin columns provide purification of 6xHis-tagged proteins from small-scale expression cultures. Available in two formats--separately without reagents or as a complete kit--they can be used in experimental situations requiring small-scale expression, functional screening, and rapid purification of engineered and recombinant proteins. Each can purify up to 100 fg of 6xHis tagged protein under native or denaturing conditions. According to the manufacturer, this procedure allows 12 mini

Designed for the sterilization of glassware and instruments as well as solid and liquid media, three NAPCO benchtop autoclaves deliver temperatures as high as 132xC (270xF) at pressures up to 27 psi. These instruments incorporate a continuous pressure purge system that automatically eliminates air pockets and provides uniform penetration of superheated steam to all areas of the chamber. All units feature a drying element to remove residual moisture at the end of a cycle, door-mounted pressure and temperature gauges, an over-temperature safety thermostat, and an over-pressure relief system.
