The deadline for submitting your life sciences video, interactive multimedia, website, or blog for __The Scientist's__ multimedia awards is fast approaching ? so post your submission today and you could win a $100 Amazon.com gift card! The last day for submitting is this Friday, May 6th.
Winners will be picked both by you, our readers, as well as a veteran panel of judges that includes infographic guru, linkurl:Nigel Holmes,;http://www.nigelholmes.com/home.htm TV science personality linkurl:Kirsten "Kiki" Sanford,;http://www.kirstensanford.com/ author of the book __Lab Coats in Hollywood__, linkurl:David Kirby,;http://www.davidakirby.com/ and linkurl:Jeffrey Segall,;http://www.einstein.yu.edu/segalllab/page.aspx structural biologist at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The winners will be featured in the September issue of __The Scientist.__All entries must be created with funding from an individual or single research grant (no entries created with funding from a corporation or research institution will be accepted). All videos must be 10 minutes or less, and all entries must relate to the life sciences.
